Motivation for Leaders

Being a leader in today’s Pakistan poses immense strain upon the individual, their families, and mostly those they lead.  Being a leader can be a very traumatic experience, while shuffling between one’s own ideas, party agendas, needs of the people, and the leader’s personal life demands.

Yet, a leader who has effective management skills, and a fundamental objective of success and growth, can be a very effective leader even in these stressful circumstances. We believe that we should achieve a “Common National Agenda” of growth, development, success, and prosperity for all.

The idea of this lecture is to empower and enable public leaders to be able to stay within the conforms of their political affiliations, and yet work for the Common National Agenda of Pakistan’s continual growth.  People elect their leaders and look towards them for hope and deliverance.

Circumstances don’t always allow for deliverance, but is it fair to take away people’s hopes as well? This lecture also empowers the leaders to remain connected with the people, while they’re working on delivering their hopes.
