Knowledge is Real Power
Knowledge is of two kinds. We know a subject ourselves, or we know where we can find information on it.” Samuel Jackson
“Knowledge is power.” Sir Francis Bacon
There isn’t any excuse for your lack of understanding and slow comprehension. Even with learning disabilities like dyslexia and slow absorption of understanding, there IS a cure.
Research shows that learners can make up for their deterred learning and at times perform even better than individuals with high IQ. Here`s why:
Knowledge trumps high IQ:
One can make up for a sharper mind by augmenting human intellect with information. The more knowledgeable and skilled you are the better chances you get to prove your competence!
“Intelligence is overrated. Be knowledgeable!”- Faisal Qureshi
- Catalyst your mind with Information!
Low intellect is NO excuse! Even slow starters can make up for a comparatively average or below average IQ by supplementing their brain with information. Read, learn, be proficient with a skill and use it to your benefit! Data, information, news, you name it; it’s knowledge which gives you power!
- Creativity can be sparked by good observation!
Even if you have low aesthetics, you can fine tune your eye with keen observation. Learn to train your eye with what looks good. You want to be appreciable and pleasing? Then see, notice, learn the norms of society as you may not always know about good taste. You don’t have to be who you are, be what you “want” to be!
So, no more excuses for you know. Get up and be proactive with life!
Get geared up with skills and knowledge befitting your interest to make the best of your life.
