We use out-of-the box techniques like practical exercises in order to make the training hands on and a real life situation for the participants. We believe that theory is essential to be coupled with practice, and that is why instead of offering loads of papers to read in the name of “training material”, we offer participants a conducive environment to learn along with practical training for better retention and a greater likelihood of internalization.
