Personality Quotient is a center for training and capacity building through unconventional and innovative means; including but not limited to formal training sessions. PQ holds both technical and professional trainings. We at PQ believe that an individual’s personality consists of both how much they know and how they portray themselves, therefore both technical and professional grooming is evident.

The operations of PQ are spread all along the length and breadth of Pakistan. PQ provides a unique setting for developing valuable leadership skills and capacities in individuals and organizations confronting diverse public and private sector challenges.
